The Palmyra Community Library offers a range of services, as well as programs that include free classes, workshops, events, and activities.
We strive to ensure that our services and programs are available to everyone. If you are interested in learning a new skill, meeting people in your community, or finding new means of entertainment, visit us to learn more. Or, you can start by browsing the links below.
What We Offer

No late fines! The only fees you will ever have to pay are for lost or damaged items.

INTER LIBRARY LOAN
Books, videos and
audiobooks from other libraries can be
delivered to you at the Palmyra Library. The OWWL library catalog provides access to over one million items in Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming, and Livingston counties.
eBOOKS
You can checkout and
download Audiobooks and
eBooks for listening and viewing on your personal computer. Audiobooks in WMA file format can also be transferred to compatible MP3 players or burned to CD. With the addition of titles in MP3 format, MP3 format Audiobooks can be transferred to most MP3 players, including iPods® and iPhones™!
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT CLOSET
A variety of medical equipment (walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc.) is available for loan to Palmyra and Macedon residents. Sponsored by the Palmyra Kings Daughters.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS and COMPUTERS - Explore a wealth of information on the web. To try out our "Hotspot" - bring your OWWL card and laptop (if you have one or use one of ours). 6 computers are available to access the web.

Using short, 5-minute videos, Little Pim helps young learners stay focused while building early language skills—and even start learning on their own.
