Palmyra Community Library Monthly Board of Trustees Meeting February 25, 2016 6:30 PM @402 East Main Street Present: Jenifer Smyth, Kathy Wooden, Carolyn Bradstreet, Deborah Nagle, Alicia Lynch, Sandra Goehle, Courtney Marr, Patricia Baynes (Director), Jennifer Voss (Clerk of the Works) Meeting Minutes: Upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting minutes for January 2016 were approved with 1 abstained. Director’s Report: Upon motion duly made and seconded, the director’s report for January 2016 was unanimously approved. Treasurer’s Report: Upon motion duly made and seconded, the treasurer’s report for January 2016 was unanimously approved. Motion duly made and seconded, unanimously approval of Abstract #2, which includes vouchers #2016-31 - #2016-56 in the amount of $128,397.83. Public Comment: No public comment was made. 402 E. • All existing commercial buildings must have fully operational CO detectors by June 27, 2016.

• Third floor inspections are up to date.

• Carpet runner for stairs to third floor is in storage.

• Heating options for the lower level, south end, were discussed due to frozen water pipes.

Items for Discussion Sonja Livingston’s Presentation is March 15th 3:00-4:30. Ms. Livingston will discuss her book, Queen of the Fall - selected as the Rochester Read book for 2016. Pioneer Library’s Bus Trip for Advocacy Day March 2nd – Patricia Baynes and Carolyn Bradstreet will attend and meet with Bob Oakes and Mike Nozzolio Next Regular Meeting: Thursday, March 24, 2016
