Monthly Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes

Thursday, December 19, 2025    6:30 PM

Present: Sarah Wimer - President, Mary Beth Poupart, Sharon Sweeney, Kathy Pray, Barbara Lloyd, Sheryl La Delfa - Treasurer, Sheila Koeberle - Library Director

Excused:  Ed Doyle

Meeting called to order at 6:40 PM.

Motion to Amend the Agenda: none

Reports:

●      November 2025 Board Meeting Minutes 

I make a motion that we approve the November 2025 Board Meeting Minutes. 

            Motion made by Sharon                           Seconded by Jennifer

            Unanimously approved

●      November 2025 Director’s Report   

I make a motion that we accept, with corrections, the November 2025 Director’s Report. 

            Motion made by Kathy                 Seconded by Barb

            Unanimously approved

●      November 2025 Treasurer’s Report  

I make a motion that we accept the November 2025 Treasurer’s Report, with corrections, including Abstract #12 Vouchers #2025-184 to #2025-201 with $8048.83 in funds required and approximately $19,000 for payroll transferred.

            Unanimously approved

Public Comment:  None 

Committees:  

Finance Committee: Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 6:30PM

Policy Committee: met on Thursday, December 11 at 11:30AM

Facilities Committee: met on Tuesday, December 3 at 2PM

Items for Discussion/Action:

·       Approval of the proposed 2026 budget   

I make a motion that we approve the 2026 budget.Motion Made by Barb                        Seconded by Jennifer

Unanimously approved

·       Review and discussion of the Meeting Room Policy

·       Discussion about the garage

·       Potential Board Members

·       Committee Chairs please have your annual report to Sheila by Monday, January 5. 

·       Nomination of offices will take place at the January annual meeting—please let Sarah know if you are interested in an officer role and committee.  

●      Read back of meeting notes.
