Monthly Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes

Thursday, January 15, 2026    immediately following annual meeting

Present: Sarah Wimer - President, Mary Beth Poupart, Sharon Sweeney, Kathy Pray, Sheryl La Delfa - Treasurer, Sheila Koeberle - Library Director

Excused:  Barb Lloyd and Ed Doyle

Meeting called to order at 6:49 PM.

Motion to Amend the Agenda: Remove the Meeting Room Policy for vote.

I make a motion that we approve the removal of vote for the Meeting Room Policy.

                        Unanimously approved

Reports:

●      December Board Meeting Minutes 

I make a motion that we approve the December 2025 Board Meeting Minutes.

                  Unanimously approved

●      December 2025 Director’s Report   

I make a motion that we accept the 2025 December Director’s Report. 

                  Motion made by Mary Beth                 Seconded by Kathy

                  Unanimously approved

●      December 2025 Treasurer’s Report  

I make a motion that we accept the December 2025 Treasurer’s Report, with corrections, including Abstract #1 Vouchers #2026-1 to #2026-16 with $11,135.48 in funds required and approximately $20,000 for payroll transferred.

Committees:  

Finance Committee: met on Wednesday, January 14 at 6:30PM

Policy Committee: met on Monday, January 12 at 10:30AM

Facilities Committee: met on Tuesday, December 3 at 2PM

Items for discussionn/action:

·      Approval of the proposed Meeting Room Policy

Tabled until February 2026.

·      New Bookshelves - Tabled until February meeting to obtain additional information before voting.

·      FFRPL Annual Grant Report

I make a motion that we approve the FFRPL Annual Grant Report for 2025.
