Monthly Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes

Thursday, March 19, 2026    6:30PM

Present: Mary Beth Poupart, Barb Lloyd, Aubrey Hannig, Kathy Pray, Sheryl La Delfa - Treasurer, Sheila Koeberle - Library Director

Excused: Sharon Sweeney and Sarah Wimer

Meeting called to order at 6:30PM

Motion to Amend the Agenda: no amendments

Reports:

• February 2026 Board Meeting Minutes 

I make a motion that we approve the February 2026 Board Meeting Minutes.

• February 2026 Director’s Report   

I make a motion that we accept the February 2026 Director’s Report.

●       2026 February Treasurer’s Report  

I make a motion that we accept the February Treasurer’s Report, with corrections, including Abstract #3 Vouchers #2026-33 to #2026-53 with $13,188.18 in funds required and approximately $20,000 for payroll transferred.

Committees:  

Finance Committee: will meet on Wednesday, March 25 at 4:00PM

Policy Committee: will meet on Tuesday, April 21 at 2:00 PM. 

Facilities Committee: met on March 10 at 3:00 PM.

• Approval of the proposed Security Camera Policy

I make a motion that we approve, with corrections, the updated Security Camera Policy.

I make a motion that we approve the lawn mowing contract for 2026 with Dave Peck for $40 per mow in 2026.

Updates:

·      Garage update – Save the date! April 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM – removing items from the garage and taking them to Restore. Reassess timeline after feedback from Restore.

·      National Library Staff day –Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Friends of the Library has agreed to cover the gift to each staff member as a thank you.
